Back-to-School Treat Backpack with the Just a Note Bundle

Okay – how cute is this little paper backpack?! I had so much fun designing this back-to-school treat holder using the Just a Note bundle and School Days stamp set. It’s the perfect mini gift for teachers, kids, or even coworkers heading back into a fall routine. And yes… it holds a PB&J single cup Reese’s inside. Instant A+!

Mini black paper backpack treat holder with grid-patterned panels, silver ribbon, die-cut apple, and hearts. Features a magnetic closure and holds a small candy treat.

The backpack is created from black cardstock and features adorable grid-patterned panels, from the Lovely Garden DSP. I added a mini stitched pocket on the front and decorated it with sweet die-cut icons—a red apple, a yellow star, and a mint heart.

To finish it off, I added a silver ribbon on the flap and included a magnetic closure so the flap clicks shut—because we love function and flair! The handle and straps are paper-crafted to give that authentic backpack feel.

For a secure magnetic closure, use thin disc magnets and sandwich them between cardstock layers before adhering. It keeps the project clean and the closure strong!
