Clean and Chic Coneflower Card

Today I’m sharing a card that’s equal parts bold and elegant—featuring the Coneflower Celebrations bundle! I kept the layout clean but packed it with texture and color using a mix of rich, earthy tones. This one would be perfect to tuck into a gift bag or mail as a thank-you. I love when one big flower makes the whole card sing!

The card base is Thick Basic White, layered with a speckled Pretty Peacock panel for contrast and texture. I die cut the coneflower from Cajun Craze cardstock, pairing it with a Basic Beige flower center and Early Espresso sentiment strip. The “You Made My Day” greeting is heat embossed in white and layered just below the flower to keep things balanced. I tied a bit of Basic Beige ribbon around the card front for softness and added a couple of gold gems for sparkle. Simple and stunning!

When working with a bold flower like this one, try sticking to just 3–4 colors total. It keeps your design clean and lets each element shine without overwhelming the eye.
