Elegant Masculine Card with the Nature’s Symphony Bundle and Nature Walk Suite

Hi friends! Today I’m sharing a clean and classic card using the Nature’s Symphony bundle from the Nature Walk suite. If you’re ever looking for a simple masculine handmade card idea that still feels layered and special, this one is such a good go-to. I love when neutrals and texture do most of the work for us!

This card starts with a Thick Basic White cardstock base. I layered on a piece of Natural Hues Textured Specialty Paper, which gives that soft, almost linen-like look in the background. To add a little extra interest, I die cut the cross hatch detail on the left and right sides around the cardstock strips.

Across the center, I added a 1-1/2″ strip of Secret Sea cardstock and layered a 1″ strip of Nature Walk Designer Series Paper right on top. I lightly inked the long edges of the DSP with white ink so it would stand out against the darker cardstock. It’s a subtle detail, but it makes such a difference!

The leaf is die cut twice — once in vellum and once in Secret Sea. The Secret Sea leaf is popped up on Dimensionals for extra depth, and the vellum softens everything beautifully. The sentiment is stamped in Secret Sea ink, and I finished it off with a simple knot using the Secret Sea Bordered Open Weave Ribbon.

This is one of those cards that feels polished without being fussy — perfect for birthdays, Father’s Day, or anytime you need a card for a great guy.

If you’re working with darker cardstock and patterned paper, try inking the edges with white ink to help your layers stand out. It’s an easy trick that adds definition without adding bulk.
