Gathering Together: A Friendship Card with Fall Leaves

I just love when a card feels like autumn! Today’s project features the brand-new Gathering Together suite, and I used the Gathering Moments bundle with the coordinating Gathering Together DSP to bring in those warm, cozy fall vibes. The leafy images and soft textures make this card so welcoming—it’s perfect for sending a note to a dear friend.

The card base is Old Olive, paired with a striped piece of the Gathering Together DSP to add a little background detail. I stamped the leaves from the Gathering Moments bundle in Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry and Timid Tiger inks—such a gorgeous fall palette!

The focal point is a stitched die-cut panel layered over a large Early Espresso leaf. I added the sentiment “Your friendship means the world to me” stamped on Crumb Cake cardstock and tied a small bow of linen thread for just a touch of rustic charm. A couple of embellishments finish off the design.

These distinctive stamps are great at showing the detail in each leaf. It looks so real!
