Grateful for You: Autumn Toile Card with Amber Autumn Bundle

Today I’m sharing a cozy fall project featuring the brand-new Autumn Toile suite. This suite includes two beautiful bundles, and I reached for the Amber Autumn bundle to create this fun fold card. It’s the perfect way to send a little gratitude as the seasons shift and the leaves start to turn.

This card starts with an Early Espresso base, layered with patterns from the Autumn Toile DSP. I love the contrast between the grid print and the leafy patterned panels—it gives a rustic yet refined look.

The focal point showcases the stamped and die-cut acorns and leaves from the Amber Autumn bundle. I added texture with a piece of the new Irregular Weave Trim, tied in a knot for a natural, woodsy feel. For a pop of color, I stamped the sentiment on a strip of Lost Lagoon cardstock. A few Streaked Dots finish off the look with just the right amount of shine.

The best part? This card has a unique flip-open design, as you can see in the second photo. The top panel lifts to reveal space inside for a handwritten note. It’s such a simple twist that adds an extra “wow” factor!

When working with patterned paper, try mixing bold and subtle prints like I did here. The busier leaf print balances nicely with the clean grid lines, allowing the focal image to really shine.
