Hello Spring Craft Along Day 1: Fun Fold Cards with Help Me Grow and Scalloped Wishes

I am so excited to kick off the Hello Spring Craft Along with you! There is just something about spring cards that makes everything feel fresh and fun again—and these two projects are a perfect way to start. We’re using the Help Me Grow and Scalloped Wishes bundles, and both of these cards have a little extra surprise built in with fun folds!

The first card is such a sweet and cheerful design with that bright Berry Burst base. It features a fun fold that opens up to reveal a pocket on the inside, which is perfect for tucking in a note, flower seeds or gift card. The Mixed Up Patterns DSP adds a soft, subtle background, while the Wood Grain Wonders strip gives it a little grounding detail. The flower pot and greenery from the Help Me Grow bundle really pop, especially paired with the Berry Burst Shiny Ribbon tied right across the front. I finished it off with Garden Epoxy Dots for just a little extra shine.

The second card has a completely different feel with those deeper tones using Secret Sea. This one features a trifold front panel made from the Wood Grain Wonders DSP, which adds such a fun interactive element. When you open it up, you get that full reveal moment, which is always my favorite part of a fun fold! The Mixed Up Patterns layer softens everything nicely, and the plant elements from the Help Me Grow bundle keep that fresh spring look. The Secret Sea Bordered Open Weave Ribbon adds a nice texture, and the Natural Matte Dots keep it simple and classic.
