Stampin’ Up! Well Written Masculine Birthday Card

Happy Monday! Today I have an awesome masculine birthday card to share with you, that I made for my dad whose birthday was a few weeks ago. I used the Well Written bundle, found in the Annual Catalog. I also used the Stitched Stars – they are quickly becoming a favorite of mine!

Isn’t it such a nice card?! I’ve also been loving my Blending Brushes, which I used here with the emboss resist technique! I picked some of my favorite sentiments in Well Said, and heat embossed them on Basic White cardstock. Then, I used my Blending Brushes with Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizzazz, and Balmy Blue ink pads and blending on the cardstock. Finally, I die cut the various sized stars and assembled the card. The blue ribbon is from the Playing with Patterns ribbon combo pack. Since there is no “Dad” sentiment, I built my own using other stamps from the set!

Here’s some more detail on the card. For the script “birthday,” I used Adhesive Sheets to easily adhere it to the card.

Thanks so much for stopping by to see my card! I had a great time making it, and my dad really enjoyed it, too. Below, you can find a full supply list to recreate this card on your own.
