Valentine Card with the Valentine Kisses Bundle

I can’t get over how sweet this bear is! This card is another fun way to use the Valentine Kisses bundle, and it highlights one of my favorite little design details in the set. It’s soft, playful, and perfect for Valentine’s Day without feeling overly fussy.

This card was created using the Valentine Kisses bundle and Love Notes Designer Series Paper. The bear is the star of the show, and I love that the coordinating die cut allows him to hold different images. For this card, he’s holding flowers, which adds such a charming and thoughtful Valentine feel.

The background features the Lovely Stripes 3D Embossing Folder, which adds subtle texture while still keeping the design clean and simple. The patterned paper strip helps ground the focal elements, while the hearts and twine finish everything off nicely!

When you’re using an embossing folder with a lot of texture, keep the rest of the card fairly simple so the details don’t compete with each other.
