Hello, crafty friends! 🌞 Today, I’m sharing a sunshine-filled card that’s sure to brighten anyone’s day! This card features the Everyday Arches bundle, and I paired it with a bright, cheerful yellow color scheme to match the uplifting sentiment. The fun embossed background adds texture, and the whole design has a light and fresh vibe that makes it perfect for any occasion when you want to send a little sunshine.
For this card, I used the Everyday Arches bundle to create a simple but striking layout. The arches and the sun design make a bold statement, and the heat-embossed sentiment “You are a ray of sunshine” really pops in black embossing powder.
The card’s background was embossed using the Soft Waves 3D embossing folder, which adds some subtle texture to the background. The bright yellow sun is made using Daffodil Delight cardstock, adding just the right amount of sunny warmth to the card.
To finish it off, I tied a simple yellow bow at the bottom of the card, which adds an extra touch of texture while keeping the design light and fresh.
When working with bright colors like yellow, it’s essential to balance the brightness with clean and simple elements. The Everyday Arches bundle and the heat-embossed sentiment help keep the design elegant while allowing the cheerful yellow to take center stage.
