Welcome to this month’s Stamping Inkspirations Blog Hop!! The theme this month is birthdays. Have you ever made a birthday card for a dog? My dog-niece Sadie turned 1 a few weeks ago, and because I love her so much (probably as much as my human nieces and nephew!), I decided to make her a birthday card!
I knew the Playful Pets DSP would be perfect for this project, and used the colors of the DSP to tie together the card. I even printed out a picture of me with Sadie to attach to the card – awe! The dog on the card was fussy cut out from the DSP, and the sentiment comes from the Blossoms in Bloom stamp set.
I just love how this card turned out, and was excited to get a text message from my sister of Sadie with her card. When I played the video “live,” she was licking it! I guess that means my card was dog-approved. ?
How cute is she with her birthday card?!
