Coach Thank You Card with the Match Day Bundle from the A Wonderful Match Suite

If you’ve ever had a coach who showed up early, stayed late, and cheered like crazy from the sidelines… you know they deserve a card like this. This Match Day bundle makes it so easy to create the perfect thank you for those MVPs off the field!

This card starts with a Thick Basic White card base to keep everything crisp and clean. I layered in two different pieces of Designer Series Paper from the A Wonderful Match suite, both matted on Basic Black to give them a bold, sporty frame. That black matting really helps define the layers and keeps the bright colors grounded.

The jerseys are the stars of this card. I stamped the Timid Tiger and Garden Green jerseys in Tuxedo Black Memento ink for a classic look. The center jersey is Basic Black cardstock, heat embossed with white embossing powder for that strong contrast, and finished with a little “#1” on the chest. Such a fun detail! I tucked in a silver foil whistle tied with black twine for that authentic coach feel. The sentiment is stamped in Tuxedo Black on Basic White, and I finished everything off with Garden Green Dear Dots to coordinate with the jersey.

When working with multiple bold colors like Timid Tiger and Garden Green, use Basic Black mats to tie everything together. It creates a cohesive look and keeps the design from feeling too busy.
