The Friendly Seagulls stamp set is all about fun and quirky imagery, and this card is no exception! The adorable seagull is standing on the beach, eating a french fry (because, really, what else would a seagull love more than french fries?). I stamped and colored the seagull in soft blues and yellows, making it the perfect focal point for this playful design. The sentiment, “I love you more than french fries,” adds an extra dash of fun and humor to the card, making it perfect for a friend or loved one who appreciates a good laugh.
The background design uses a combination of the So Swirly Embossing Folder for texture and playful circles cut from the Timeless Plaid DSP pack. The combination of colors and patterns from the DSP, including the yellow gingham and green plaid, creates a fresh, beachy vibe that complements the seagull’s fun nature. I used coordinating cardstock and simple embellishments like enamel dots to tie the whole design together.
