Hello, welcome to this week’s Create in Color Challenge! This week is Challenge #9, and it focuses on Purples and Gold! I had to make this 100th birthday card, and decided to use the Color Challenge for my inspiration.
It is truly an honor to need to make a 100th birthday card, and I think this is actually the first one I’ve ever needed to make! I used the stunning Pierced Blooms Die Set. It is so easy and fun to work with, and it has definitely become a fast favorite of mine. Good thing it’s staying around in the next Annual Catalog!! I also added the “100” in Gold Foil using the Playful Alphabet dies.
Here are the Colors for this week: Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather, Purple Posy (retiring soon), Gold Foil, and White! If you’d like to participate in this week’s challenge, make a project using some (or all!) of the colors listed above (or similar hue if you don’t have the exact color), and share it in my Facebook Group with #CreateinColorChallenge. I’m so excited to see what you create!
