Happy Wednesday! Isn’t this card so cute?! I made this card following the latest set of parameters from Craft Roulette (#59):
- PROJECT: Gatefold Card
- COLORS: Pinks and Blacks
- ELEMENTS: Cat(s) or Dog(s)
- RANDOM: Vellum
I added a cute little Belly Band to help the card stay closed. On the Belly Band, I added in a Circle cut from Vellum, and one of the adorable pups from the Hot Dog stamp set. I also added in the sentiment! I used the True Love DSP (gotta love that black and white!) as well as Basic Black, Basic White, and Magenta Madness.
MEASUREMENTS
Basic Black Cardstock
- 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ scored at 2-1/8″ and 6-3/8″
- Belly Band: 1-1/2″ x 10″ (fold it on the card base to make a perfect fit)
Magenta Madness Cardstock
- (2) 2″ x 5-3/8″
Basic White Cardstock
- 4″ x 5-1/4″ for inside of card
- Scraps for Dog and Sentiment
True Love DSP
- (2) 1-7/8″ x 5-1/4″
Vellum
- ~2-1/4″ square for Circle
