Hey there, crafty friends! šš« Are you ready to start a new adventure? Iām excited to share this card featuring the Adventure Together bundle and the Everyday Skies Designer Series Paper. The vibrant colors and whimsical elements of this card are perfect for any adventurous spirit. Whether it’s for a friend who loves to travel, a birthday celebration, or just a fun, uplifting note, this card is bound to bring a smile!
For this card, I used the Adventure Together bundle, which features a super cute camper that can be customized to fit any adventure. I paired it with the Everyday Skies DSP, which provides a beautiful, gradient background with a dreamy, night-sky/sunset feel. The combination of these elements brings this adventurous scene to life.
The sentiment, āLet the Adventure Begin,ā is stamped in a bold circle and adds just the right touch of excitement to the design. I also used the Everyday Arches dies for the fun, layered look of the camper and added twine to finish the card with some extra detail. To add a little sparkle, I included a few Regal Foiled Gems (which include some gold glitter).
This card was inspired by Erica Cerwin.
To create a smooth gradient background like the one on this card, I used a blending brush and two different colors of ink to blend from light to dark. Start off the edge of your paper and blend inward, onto the die cut. This technique works great for creating sky-like effects or any type of background that needs a soft transition.
