Santa’s Workshop Craft Along Day 6: Treat Bag + Card Storage Gift Box

Welcome to Day 6 of the Santa’s Workshop Craft Along! It’s our final day, and we’re closing things out with two super fun (and useful!) projects. First, we’re making a festive treat bag using the Modern Christmas DSP—perfect for small gifts, candy, or table favors. Then, we’ll create a coordinating card storage box, designed to hold all the cards we made throughout the week. It’s equal parts adorable and practical!

This cute little treat bag comes together with a half sheet of Modern Christmas DSP. The black-and-white tree pattern creates an elegant base, and the front panel features an embossed grid background layered with die-cut trees and an adorable Festive Friends elf. A stitched sentiment and gold sequins add sparkle, while the soft beige ribbon closes the bag with a sweet, polished finish. Ideal for gifting cookies, chocolates, or small handmade goodies.

Our second project is the grand finale—a sturdy card storage box decorated with the North Pole Delivery DSP. The playful town print sets a cheerful scene, and a stitched circle frame highlights Santa and a cluster of die-cut trees. Enamel dots and ribbon bring texture, while the inside is sized to hold all of the cards we created this week. It’s a practical box you can gift alongside a set of handmade Christmas cards.
