Every month, my team picks a few Stampin’ Up! colors for a Color Challenge! Our last challenge had the colors of Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral, and Soft Suede. When I saw this Buddy the Elf themed card from Rachel Tessman, I adapted it to fit in this color challenge. I’m excited to share that card with you today!
Isn’t it SO stinkin’ cute?! Rachel used a few different colors and a different punch than I did, but I’m excited to share how I CASEd and modified to use the colors in our color challenges and products that I already owned.
Here are the measurements for this card:
- Old Olive Cardstock: 4 1/4” x 11” and two strips 3/8” x 5 1/2”
- Whisper White Cardstock: 4 x 5 1/4” and scrap for punching heart
- Soft Suede Cardstock: 1” x 4 1/4” and 1” x 1 1/2”
- Daffodil Delight Cardstock: 1 1/4” x 1 3/4”
- Forever Gold Laser-Cut Paper: Two pieces that are ½” x 4 3/4”
I’m sure you’re saying “where’s the Calypso Coral?!”, right? I neglected to take a photo, but I stamped the “The Best Way to Spread Christmas Cheer is by Singing Loud for All to Hear” in Calypso Coral ink for the inside of the card!
