The Sea Turtle stamp set creates some super fun ocean scenes, but there aren’t any sentiments. So, I paired the set with the Kind & Sincere stamp set and made this Congratulations card!

I made the background out of the ginormous “Congratulations” stamp set, and then added the “Are In Order” onto the white Banner. This makes for such a fun look!
