Hello! I am excited to share with you a fun card today using the Nuts About Squirrels stamp set from Stampin’ Up! It is so cute and fun to create with for fall!!
I recently began participating in a “6th Swap” with fellow demonstrators – meaning that I send cards to 6 people by the 6 of each month for 6 months – and I receive 6 cards per month in return. This is the card I made for the September Swap!
I love how masculine this card looks, even with the Gold ribbon. I used the Timber Embossing Folder and some of the In Good Taste DSP on this card. The frame is cut out from the Hippo and Friends die set. On the inside, I stamped some leaves along the edge and the “Happy Birthday” sentiment from the stamp set!
MEASUREMENTS
Early Espresso Cardstock
- 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ scored in half at 4-1/4″
- 5″ x 3-3/4″
Basic White Cardstock
- 5-1/4″ x 4″ for the Inside
- ~2-5/8″ square to die cut Frame
- Scraps to stamp and cut Leaves
In Good Taste DSP
- 5″ x 1-1/2″
