CRAFT & CHAT – EPISODE 11
December is the perfect time to celebrate and share a little cheer with friends, family, and my amazing team. For my team’s December card swap, I created this bright and cheerful fun fold card using the Day to Celebrate stamp set (sneak peek of upcoming Sale-a-Bration!!). It’s the perfect way to send some positive vibes, and the vibrant colors and playful design are sure to brighten anyone’s day. Let’s dive into the details of this fun fold card that combines style, creativity, and a little flair!
This fun fold card features lively green and yellow tones that instantly grab your attention. The Day to Celebrate stamp set’s “ALL DAY your way” sentiment is stamped on an Early Espresso banner, giving it a striking contrast against the vibrant background. I paired the sentiment with some patterned paper that adds a whimsical feel—perfect for any occasion (Fruit Salad DSP – another Sale-a-Bration sneak peek!). The embossed green background gives the card texture, making it visually interesting without overpowering the other elements.
To add a little extra flair, I used some twine and embellishments to finish off the card. It’s the perfect balance of playful and polished, making it a standout piece in any card swap. The fun fold design adds a nice surprise when opened, making it a card that’s as fun to create as it is to give!
