Happy Monday! Last week, my niece started 1st grade. As expected, I made her a card to celebrate the big day! I used the Sweet as a Peach stamp set and turned the peaches into apples. I’ve seen a few people do this, and thought it was so clever!
Such a fun card! Even though my niece is only six, she’s so smart and told me “these apples look like peaches.” So, I had to come clean and tell her that they were peaches but I used different colors to make them look like apples – haha!!
I used Poppy Parade, Crushed Curry, Granny Apple Green and Petal Pink inks. The cardstock is Poppy Parade, and the sentiment comes from the Create With Friends stamp set.
