Happy St Patrick’s Day! Today I’m sharing one of the cards I made for St Patrick’s Day. You can view the other card I made by clicking here! I did some “punch art” to create the clover, using the current Heart Punch. I cut a thin scrap to serve as the stem. The adorable “Lucky Me” sentiment comes from the Game On stamp set. Inside the card, I used the tiny clover stamp from Oval Occasions to decorate the bottom!
The card base is Granny Apple Green, and I used the Stitched Rectangles to add a bit to the Basic White background – but you can just cut a panel out too! The clover and stem are done with Shaded Spruce cardstock, and the sentiment (and clovers on the inside) are stamped in Shaded Spruce. I also added some adorable Gilded Gems to the center of the clover to add some gold! I also added some Wink of Stella to the clover for an added touch.
MEASUREMENTS
Granny Apple Green Cardstock
- 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ scored in half on the long side at 4-1/4″
- 4-3/4″ x 3-3/8″ to die cut Stitched Rectangle (or just cut the piece!)
- 5″ x 3-3/4″ for the inside of the card
- Scraps to punch out 4 hearts
- Scrap for stem: ~1/4″ x 3″
