Happy Tuesday, everyone! It’s time for the Create in Color Challenge #5 AND my weekly video tutorial! This week, I’m sharing a super quick video on how to heat emboss – one of my favorite things! But, I have to be honest – it took me a while to get into heat embossing because I was nervous I’d mess it up. Watch the video below to see how wrong I was – and just how easy it is to heat emboss!

The Simply Succulents bundle is one of my favorites from the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog. I love that giant die cut, it makes such a stunning background! I also love this bundle as I enjoy coloring. I used several shades of Stampin’ Blends to color in the succulents and the pot. This card was inspired by demonstrator Tami Hewlett.
This week’s Create in Color Challenge is truly stunning! I love how spring-y these colors are. In my card, I used Purple Post, Highland Heather, Granny Apple Green, Magenta Madness, Early Espresso and Basic White. I also snuck in some Cajun Craze to color the succulent pot. Here’s hoping Gorgeous Grape Stampin’ Blends come soon!
