Relax & Enjoy: A Beachy Card with the Notes and Totes Bundle

Today’s card has me dreaming of sunshine, sandy toes, and a fruity drink in hand! I had so much fun creating this summer-inspired card using the Notes and Totes bundle from Stampin’ Up! It’s the perfect mix of laid-back vacation vibes and darling details—ideal for sending a little getaway in an envelope!

Let’s talk about the star of the show—the tote bag! I die cut the tote using Coastal Cabana cardstock embossed with one of the Glass & Gardens Embossing Folders for that extra bit of texture, then added Pecan Pie handles for a realistic touch. The adorable heart-shaped sunglasses are layered in Basic Black and Flirty Flamingo for a pop of playful charm.

Tucked into the bag is a cute navy scarf and a coral water bottle stamped with floral accents. I paired these focal elements with background layers from the Country Woods DSP for that breezy, coastal feel. Everything is layered on a Coastal Cabana card base!

And let’s not miss that sentiment—“Relax & Enjoy”—because isn’t that exactly what we all need?

If you’re layering die cuts with detailed elements like the sunglasses or scarf, try using Adhesive Sheets on the back of your cardstock before die cutting. It turns those tiny pieces into easy-to-place stickers—no liquid glue mess here!
