Umbrella Days Card: The Storm Will End and the Sun Will Shine Again

Hello, crafty friends! I’m excited to share this sweet rainy day card featuring the Umbrella Days bundle today. It’s perfect for those moments when you want to remind someone that even after a storm, sunshine is on the way. The sentiment here is so uplifting: “The story will end and the sun will shine again.” It’s the perfect note to send someone in need of a little encouragement.

This card features the Umbrella Days bundle, which includes adorable images of a person and their dog under an umbrella. I paired the scene with the sentiment to create a hopeful message. The background was made using the Country Woods DSP, giving it a rainy day effect.

For the colors, I used Night of Navy to create a rainy sky, and Poppy Parade for the umbrella and boots to add some fun, bold color. The adorable dog is colored in with some neutral tones to match, and I added some embellishments to finish it off, including some pearls and a little baker’s twine for texture.
