Fluffy Squirrel Bundle: Can’t Wait to See You Again

Today’s the day — the Fluffy Squirrel bundle is officially here! 🐿️ This punch bundle is part of the brand-new Mini Catalog release, and I couldn’t be more excited to share another project with you featuring this adorable little critter.

For this card, I paired the Fluffy Squirrel bundle with the Floral Charm Designer Series Paper for a soft, leafy background that feels perfectly woodsy. The squirrel is stamped in Early Espresso (full strength and stamped off) and punched out, then layered onto a crisp white panel. I tucked a sentiment strip across the bottom that reads “can’t wait to see you again,” making this card a sweet way to reconnect with a friend.

A bow tied in the new Early Espresso Linen Thread, plus an acorn embellishment and a couple of metallic dots, finish things off with rustic charm.

When using patterned paper backgrounds, try stamping your focal image in a contrasting but neutral color (like brown here) so it stands out without clashing. It’s a simple way to balance busy patterns with detailed images.
